Who we are

bezmys Grow is a small digital services business based in Tamil Nadu, India. We help local businesses set up Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business and social media.

What the enquiry form collects

• Your name, mobile number and business name
• Your type of business and the services you are interested in
• Your message, if you write one
• That you agreed to be contacted
• Where your visit came from: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you (if any), and campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), if present
• The date and time you sent the form

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp or phone, and to prepare your free check and quote
• To understand which of our links and adverts bring enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that don't

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Where it is kept

Depending on how you contact us, your enquiry is either saved to a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets) that only we can open, or sent to us as a WhatsApp message. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, unless you become a customer and we need them to provide our service.

Visit statistics

If we turn on Google Analytics, it records anonymous information about visits to this site, such as which pages were viewed and which buttons were tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use it only to improve the site.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent us at any time. Contact us using the details on the contact section of our home page.
